政協委員楊利霞建議大學生支農可效仿服兵役

    可像軍人服兵役一樣，仿效服兵役法制定我國大學生農村服務役法，讓大學生畢業支農成為一種義務。這是全國政協委員、鄭州大學第二附屬醫院副院長楊利霞建議的。

    楊利霞說：“國家雖然出臺了不少關于鼓勵人才到基層干事創業的政策，但制定的政策缺乏法律保障而無實際效力。特別是衛生支農，由于政策上的缺陷，激勵機制乏力，此項工作多流于形式�！�

    楊利霞在提案中建議，除出臺一套鼓勵醫學院校畢業生到鄉鎮衛生院工作的優惠政策外，可重開一條畢業生下鄉的通道，仿效服兵役法制定我國大學生農村服務役法，讓建設社會主義新農村成為新時期大學生責無旁貸的義務。
